As usual the message / point of this song will be clear from the lyrics. It's one of a few of my songs that are slightly less directly political. A bit more about feelings.

I think there will be other people who feel the sentiment expressed in this song. I'm guessing other people must have not wanted to mix socially with people who supported and continue to support tyranny, especially when they still haven't acknowledged or realised that's what they've been doing.

Nice cars arriving, each will be one that impresses

They all sang loud from the state’s hymn sheet
That gospel of covid they so zealously preached
Blasphemous words – wouldnn't be heard in their speech
And they still stay blind to government overreach

With the hive mind they’re in lockstep and in sync
Their minds are padlocked and armoured you won’t find a chink

Any risks were so obscenely inflated
But they bought the lies each time - as each one got rotated
Obeying every twisted rule that’s been dictated
That heinous blackmail they forgave and advocated

denial takes over from these minds that were vacated
